Position Summary: Coordinates the analysis and development of detailed tactical plans in alignment with the overall global strategic plan for assigned business segments. Drives planning, development, and execution of the assigned product group’s marketing objectives, tactics, programs and budgets; participates in and manages cross-functional teams to progress marketing projects to desired results and works with peers in marketing, sales, operations, and global teams to achieve performance excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contributes thought leadership, analysis and detailed tactical plans to assigned global platform product segments and marketing plans.
- Develops, recommends, and executes programs for new and existing products (forecasts, pricing, packaging, advertising, promotion, sales) to drive profitability and market share gain of all assigned products.
- Collects and analyzes relevant market research data to create marketing plans.
- Provides tactical execution of the global new product commercialization including product, pricing, packaging, demand creation to meet financial objectives of all assigned business segments.
- Coordinates and manages cross-functional team activities/collaboration.
- Provides support and information for key U.S. & International programs, promotions, sales calls, and communications.
- Draft and present business and product launch plans to management.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering or related field required. MBA preferred.
- 3-10 years experience in medical device industry. 1-5 years in product management or equivalent role.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Six-sigma training, PMP desired.
