Eric started at CTI over 25 years ago as a Product Designer. During his 25 years, Eric rose up through the Product Design Department eventually becoming the Product Design department manager. Along the way, Eric played a significant role in the development of new products and became a leader at CTI who is looked to for insight and advice on both new and existing products. In his most recent role as Manager of Program Development.
In his new role as Director of Program Development, Eric will be responsible for continued growth and development of the design and product engineering teams along with his continued leadership of the new product development programs.
